Delivery Follow Up

  • Delivery reports are available to customers who have distributed more than 5,000 flyers. Any delivery enquiry must be requested within one week of the distribution date.

    The reporting process:

    • We now offer a 5 day walk – Saturday to Wednesday. Currently, if we experience walker delays over a weekend delivery, the section will automatically be pushed to mid-week.
    • If by Thursday you have any major questions in regards to your delivery run, you need to contact us directly.
    • If a specific addresses can be supplied within one week of distribution, we will do what we can to conduct further investigations (if issues are identified on the delivery report).

    If major issues are confirmed, we will discuss further action accordingly

  • Provide Addresses

    Please provide addresses of any households that you feel did not receive the flyer. Please provide full address including street name and house number. Each walker covers a walk area of about 400 houses. By providing an address we can investigate this in more detail with the particular walker. We can also cross check with other business flyers that may have gone out at same time. Please remember that walkers do not deliver to 'no junk mail' letterboxes or secure apartment blocks or business addresses
